His Kennel Club (of the United Kingdom) name - Traligill Calidore - translates as one of the gentlest yet most courageous of King Arthur's knights. The name implies 'golden stone'. Brodie was born at 10.15 am and weighed 10.5 oz. There were 6 pups in the litter - 3 dogs and 3 bitches - and Brodie was the third born.
